Our career consultants provide you with individual, structured and first-class advice on all matters relating to your career. Our consultants with a focus on the following industry and functional areas assist you: engineering, IT, finance & controlling, banking, consulting and sales & marketing.

Unlike a coaching situation, career consulting focuses exclusively on specific issues relating to your career situation and usually includes a separate, in-depth consultation session.

We need:

1. Your candidacy materials (CV, cover letters and letters of recommendation)
2. Your selection of the modules mentioned above, along with any further questions you may have
3. An indication as to whether you prefer consultation in person or over the telephone

Based on your preferences, we will be happy to present you with an individually customised proposal containing an estimate of the duration and costs of your personal career consultation.

We invoice our personal career consulting on the basis of the actual time required.

Fees for consultation in person: € 160/hr. incl. VAT
Fee for consultation over the telephone: € 130/hr. incl. VAT

What is the process of our career consulting?

First, our career consultants prepare themselves in-depth for each and every client, based on the candidate’s documents and data as well as the questions you have.

1st step: clarification of your individual career-consultation objectives
2nd step: discussion of questions of interest, along with recommended actions
3rd step: final feedback & outlook
